Lesson: “Keyed In”

Welcome beloved

Tell me out loud how you are feeling right now.

Thank you.

Now tell me out loud one thing you are thankful, grateful and appreciative for.

Thank you.

You may continue when you are ready.

You are not reading this by accident.

Here is Truth.

There is an emotion that is clean, honest, natural and Divine โ€” and it lasts about fifteen seconds.

Fifteen seconds. That is all.

Something happens. Someone says something. You are exposed to a person/condition/circumstance/situation, and something inside YOU rises up and says: I am not in alignment with this.

That is not anger. That is information. That is resonance. That is your own Knowingness telling YOU the truth about what you are and what you are not. And when it has delivered its message, it is finished.

What is left after those fifteen seconds is not an emotion at all. It is a call to action. (Karma means action)

Not a judgment. Not a condemnation. Not a case to prosecute. A call to action. Source has just shown YOU where to move…..and YOU move.

Stop reading and Think about it

Welcome back.

So what is the thing that lasts fifteen seconds, fifteen minutes? Fifteen hours? Fifteen years?

That, my friend, is being โ€œkeyed inโ€ โ€” an uncontrollable, irrational emotional response.

There is another word for it: โ€œtriggered.โ€ Who is pulling the trigger?

Think About that?

Here is how you know the difference, and this is the most important part of this Lesson: the emotion is out of all proportion to the event. It is uncontrollable. It is irrational. You cannot talk yourself out of it while it is running, because the thing running is not YOU โ€” it is a recording. An old engram. A samskara. A wound with a hair trigger on it, and someone just walked past and brushed it.

The person in front of you is almost never the person you are angry at.

Now โ€” the “image makers” and the “powers that be” have known this since the beginning. A keyed-in man is easy to control/manipulate/direct, because a person in reaction cannot create. He can only react. I have explained the mechanics of that programming in great detail elsewhere in this body of work.

But you did not come here for the problem. Here is the solution. I am going to give YOU three tools.

TOOL ONE: Cancel, cancel.

Every thought YOU think and every word YOU speak is a broadcast into the Universal Field. The Field does not argue with you. It does not check whether you meant it. It simply says yes.

So the moment you catch it โ€” the moment you hear the old recording come out of your own mouth, I always ruin this, they never respect me, this is going to fail โ€” YOU say, out loud if you can:

“Cancel, cancel.”

That is you refusing to sign the contract. That is you saying: that broadcast is not mine, I do not authorize it, take it back.

Do not analyze it. Do not explain it. Do not apologize for it. Cancel, cancel โ€” and put a new thought in its place, immediately.

Say it out loud right now. Twice.

Thank you.

TOOL TWO: Forgiveness.

Most of you have been taught that forgiveness is a nice thing that good people do. That is not what it is. Forgiveness is mechanical. Forgiveness is vibrational. Forgiveness is a technology.

Every choice a person makes carries a consequence. You know this. You have heard of the life review โ€” where you look back and experience everything you did from inside the heart of everyone you did it to, as if you were them.

Now hear this: forgiveness neutralizes the consequence.

When a being said Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do, that was not sentiment. That was instruction. He was demonstrating that the vibration of forgiveness cancels out the negative consequence of a negative choice โ€” so it never has to be experienced. He was showing YOU the tool by using it.

Forgiveness is “cancel, cancel” at the level of the Soul.

And when you forgive yourself, you cancel the charge you have been carrying for a choice you made at nineteen years old that you are still paying interest on today. Stop paying. It is cancelled. It is neutralized. It is done.

Stop reading. Say out loud the name of one person you are ready to release. Then say your own name.

Thank you. You may continue when you are ready.

TOOL THREE: Know the difference between sympathy and empathy.

This one will save your life, and almost nobody teaches it.

Sympathy is feeling bad because somebody else feels bad. You see their pain, and you drop your frequency down to meet them in it. And now there are two people in the ditch โ€” and neither one can drive.

Sympathy feels loving. It is not. It is agreement with lack. It is you validating their suffering by joining it, and it helps no one.

Empathy is acknowledging that somebody feels bad โ€” while YOU do not feel bad.

You stay standing. You stay in your alignment/peace/harmony/joy. You see them completely, you honor exactly where they are, you do not argue with their pain…..and you do not go down there with them.

That is not coldness. That is the highest compassion there is. Because YOU are the one still holding the rope.

Here is Truth: you can only ever lift someone to the frequency YOU are actually standing on.

Between now and the next Lesson, I would encourage YOU to do a few things:

– Reread this Lesson at least once. More is better. Reading it every day for a week will have powerful effects on you.

– Time it. The next time you feel that surge, look at a clock. Give it fifteen seconds. Then ask: what is the call to action.

– Say “cancel, cancel” out loud every single time you catch a negative statement leaving your mouth. Every time. No exceptions. Do not judge yourself for needing it โ€” celebrate that you caught it.

– Write in your Lesson notebook the names of three people you are still keyed in on. Forgive each one out loud. Then write your own name and forgive that one too.

– Practice empathy without sympathy this week with one person who is struggling. Stay in your joy while you serve them. Notice what happens to them.

Tell me out loud your thoughts, feelings, and/or any cognitions you had reading this Lesson.

Thank you.

Remember, YOU are an extension and an expression of the One Universal Consciousness that is all things. YOU are Divine. YOU are love. YOU are light. YOU are life. YOU are perfect.

We love you.

Without condition.

Always.

Until the next Lesson, may you never be the same.

Namaste.

Love one another. The fruit of your tree is love.

The “10-second miracle” is a sudden mindset shift where you choose to accept 100% responsibility for your life, choices, and current circumstances without any exceptions or excuses.

  1. Decide either love (expansion) or fear (contraction). Forgiveness may starts from a place where we feel wronged, or separate: still a โ€œstoryโ€ of what someone did to you.

Compassion, comes when we see the other person (and self) as acting from ignorance, pain, or fear, and our heart responds with comprehension rather than judgment.

Compassion fills the space once heaviness is gone: the living quality of an open heart.

When embody compassion, forgiveness happens automatically, no longer need separate act of โ€œforgivingโ€ because there is no longer a charge to release.

Compassion sees the ignorance behind harmful actions and decides love instead of reactivity.

1)Acknowledge the ‘hurt’ and the energy carried

    2)Ask for forgiveness.
    Forgive the other person.
Forgive self, recognizing that past actions came from ignorance

3)Place the heavy energy in your heart and let divine light transmute it.
Rest in compassion: see the other as also trapped in fear/ignorance, and allow the heart to respond with love

  2. I am grateful for the redirect idea–“What’s the move/action?”

I appreciate this perspective on forgiveness, and the act of adding one’s own name after each person being forgiven to acknowledge and forgive oneself for their role in the event.

I remember when I used to confuse sympathy and empathy. I also judged myself as heartless for remaining joyful when someone was grieving or angry. I am glad I now have an inner standing of empathy and apply it now.

Thank you for the very practical lesson.

  3. Wonderful, deeper understanding on the distinctions between sympathy and empathy.

    Sympathizers validate suffering.

Empathizers acknowledge oneโ€™s pain while validating their own alignment, peace and inner-joy.

Thank you, Jojan for the reminder to โ€˜hold the rope,โ€™ uplifting others to your awesome frequency.

  4. โ€œA person in reaction cannot create.โ€

This was my biggest take away. I โ€œknewโ€ this but have never heard this so straight forward before.

    Thank you
