I release the anger, fear, and shame,
The guilt and low vibrations that came,
Towards myself, I let them go,

On their way to me, I open my heart,

Fill me up with joy divine,

I am enough, I am loved and safe,
Worthy of all the beauty that awaits,

The shadows transmuted, the light shines bright,
I stand in my power, with all my might,
