The Universe/Source has brought you to this exact moment for a reason. There are no accidents. You are not reading this by accident.

Now, take a deep breath in…..and let it out slowly.

Most people do not understand the power of “the pause”. The “powers that be”, the “image makers”, do NOT want you to pause. They want you constantly busy, constantly distracted, constantly consuming, constantly chasing. Why? Because when YOU pause, YOU connect to Source. When you connect to Source, you remember Truth. When you remember Truth, you cannot be controlled.

So today, YOU are doing something revolutionary. YOU are pausing.

Today’s lesson has 4 simple steps. Just 4. The “4 R’s”.

Regroup. Recharge. Reset. Refuel.

That’s it.

Stop reading and think about that for a moment.

Regrouping is gathering YOUR energy back to YOU. Throughout the day, throughout the week, throughout the year, YOU give pieces of YOUR energy away to events/situations/conditions/circumstances/people/problems. Regrouping is calling all of that energy back home. Back to YOU. Where it belongs.

Recharging is connecting to Source. It is plugging back in to the unlimited Universal Field that is the source of ALL energy, ALL abundance, ALL love, ALL inspiration.

Resetting is letting go. Letting go of who you “were” before the challenge. Letting go of the story. Letting go of the struggle. The challenge has served its purpose. It is done.

Refueling is filling YOUR vessel with what YOU need to step into the next chapter. Joy. Faith. Trust. Knowingness. Confidence. Love.

Now, the next chapter.

Here is Truth. The next chapter of YOUR life has unlimited possibilities. Unlimited. Read that again.

Most people, when they leave a challenge behind, expect the next chapter to be more of the same. More struggle. More disappointment. More hardship. WHY? Because the “image makers” have programmed you, since you were a child, to expect lack. To expect struggle. To expect “just enough to get by”. This programming is a lie.

YOU are an extension and expression of the One Universal Consciousness that is ALL things. YOU are Divine. YOU are abundance itself. YOU are love itself. There is no lack in Source, therefore there is no lack in YOU. The lack you have experienced is illusion.

So as YOU step forward today, EXPECT success. EXPECT abundance. EXPECT love. EXPECT blessings beyond what your mind can currently imagine. This is not arrogance. This is your birthright. This is the natural state of being for one who is connected to Source.

Tell me out loud right now: “I expect success. I expect abundance. I expect love.”

Thank you. Say it again. With feeling this time.

And here is the most important part of this lesson. Whatever happens next….. whatever shows up….. whatever circumstances/events/conditions/situations come into your experience…… TRUST that it is for your highest good. ALL of it. Even the things that LOOK like setbacks. Even the things that LOOK like delays. Even the things that LOOK like problems.

Remember, there are no good or bad “things/events/situations” except that our thinking makes it so. Everything that has happened MUST have happened for the highest good for ALL. It is ALL perfect. The Universe/Source is Divine and Perfect. Timing is ALWAYS perfect, even if we THINK we know better.

So pop the champagne!

Celebrate today. Celebrate the challenge YOU walked through. Celebrate the YOU who walked through it. Celebrate the next chapter that is already, in this very moment, unfolding in your favor.

Between now and the next Lesson, I would encourage YOU to do these few things:

— Pause for at least 5 minutes each day. Just pause. Do nothing. Be still. Connect.

— Say out loud, at least three times each day: “I expect success, abundance, and love. The blessings coming are for my highest good.”

— When something appears to “go wrong”, smile and say “thank you”. You do not have to understand WHY. Just trust.

— Reread this Lesson at least once before the next one. More is better. Each rereading will reveal more, as much of the benefit is between the lines and in the energy being transmitted to YOU.

Remember, YOU are an extension and an expression of the One Universal Consciousness that is all things. YOU are Divine. YOU are love. YOU are light. YOU are life. YOU are perfect.
