Where Your Attention Goes, Your Life Flows

Today we are going to talk about two words that hold the keys to your entire kingdom. Two words that, when YOU understand how they work together, will change the way you create everything from this moment forward.

Intention and attention.

Here is Truth: your intention sets the destination, and your attention is the vehicle that carries you there. One without the other gets YOU nowhere.

Most people have it exactly backwards. They set a vague intention once โ€” “I want more money,” “I want to feel better,” “I want a better life” โ€” and then they spend the rest of their day, every day, placing their attention on what they DON’T want. The bills. The pain. The lack. The disappointment. The “this is just how it is.”

Stop reading and think about that for a moment.

Welcome back.

You see, the powers that be โ€” the image makers โ€” they don’t need to control your intentions. They only need to control your attention. And they are masters of it. Every screen, every headline, every notification is engineered to pull YOUR attention toward fear/scarcity/anger/division. Why? Because where attention goes, energy/focus/creative-power flows. And what you give your creative power to…..grows.

This is not a conspiracy to frighten you. It is a reveal to free you. Because once YOU understand the mechanism, YOU take back the controls.

Here is the most important part of this Lesson.

Intention is a single, clear act. You set it once, with conviction, the way you would set a course on a ship. But attention is a continuous practice. It is what you do with this moment…..and this one…..and this one. Your intention is the seed. Your attention is the sunlight and the water. You do not dig up the seed every day to check on it. YOU simply keep turning your face toward the light.

So how do YOU master this?

1.) You must know exactly what your intention is. It must be specific. It must be measurable. It must be YOUR desire, not anyone else’s. Set it clearly, with feeling, as a “done deal” โ€” and then release it to Source.

2.) You must guard your attention as the most valuable thing YOU own. Because it is. Where you place your attention is where you place your life. When you catch your focus drifting to what you fear, gently โ€” without judgment, without criticism โ€” return it to what you intend. Like training a puppy. You do not beat the puppy. You simply, lovingly, bring it back. Again and again.

3.) You must make the decision that from this day forward YOU are the one who decides what is worthy of your attention. Not the news. Not the powers that be. Not the old programming. YOU. With such conviction that the whole Universe stands up and takes notice, that every condition/circumstance/event/situation begins to rearrange itself around the one who has finally taken hold of the steering wheel of their own mind.

Here is a Truth the image makers will never put on a screen: there is nothing wrong with you. You were never broken. You were simply taught to aim your attention at everything you did not want, and then told to wonder why your life looked the way it did.

That ends now. It is ALL perfect. The struggle, the searching, the very fact that YOU are reading these words at this exact moment โ€” it MUST have happened, for the highest good of ALL, to bring you here, to this remembering.

You are not reading this by accident.

Between now and the next Lesson, I would encourage YOU to do a few things to accelerate your growth and master these two words:

-Reread this Lesson at least once. More is better. Reading it daily will have powerful effects on YOU.

-Each morning, before you touch a screen, set ONE clear intention for your day. Say it out loud. Feel it as already done.

-Throughout the day, play the “where is my attention?” game. Catch it. Notice where it has wandered. Gently bring it back to what you intend. No judgment โ€” just the loving return.

-Each night before you sleep, name three things you placed your attention on that day that you are grateful for. Train your focus to find the good, and it will find more of it.

Do this, and watch what happens. Pop the champagne in advance โ€” because you have just taken back the most powerful tool you own.

Remember, YOU are an extension and an expression of the One Universal Consciousness that is all things. YOU are Divine. YOU are love. YOU are light. YOU are life. YOU are perfect.

  1. Oooohhhh I loved reading every word of this lesson and answering the questions out loud. There was a โ€œclickโ€ and โ€œlocking inโ€ from conceptually knowing this to KNOWING it in my body. Our energy and attention is our most valuable resource and the metaphor of planting seeds of intention, watering them, facing the sunlight, and tending to the garden of our mind was powerful. ๐ŸŒฑ Thank you. ๐Ÿ™
